Are your company's chairs made in the U.S.A?
The answer tho this is a resounding YES!
How long does it take for my chairs to be made?
Typically, from the time you place your order with us for your new set of handcrafted American Windsor chairs, the wait time is between 8-10 weeks. If this seems long, just remember that these chairs are being custom made, just for you. You have chosen the style, the finish and in some cases the size that works just for you.
Can I order a mixed set of different styles?
Of course! Many of our customers have very eclectic tastes, and may add two different styles of arm chairs at the ends of a table to accomadate both taste and size. It's up to you!
How many styles of Windsor chairs can I choose from?
There are over 40 different variations of the Windsor chairs to choose from.
What form of payment to you accept?
We accept personal checks, Mastercard,& Visa
Do I have to pay the full amount for my chair order upfront?
Yes, we ask that you pay for the chairs in full when you place your order
Do you have finish samples you can send me if need be?
Yes, while we think we do a pretty good job showing our finish samples in pictures on our website we realize that some may need to see samples in the home. We are more than happy to send a few samples out once you have a general idea of the finsihes you are interested in. There is a slight charge for this to cover shipping.
Can I pick up my chairs from you myself if I am able?
Certainly! While we do use a trusted, white glove delivery service, if you live close enough to us in Monmouth, Maine you are more than welcome to pick up your order. (we do reccomend an enclosed vehicle, and lot's of padding to make sure you beautiful chairs arrive home safely!)
Will I need to assemble any part of my new Windsor chairs?
No, not at all. Each chair is constructed with true Windsor chair joinery, your chairs will arrive to you completely assembled, and built to stay that way for generatiosn...so Sit, Relax and Enjoy!
